I have three children. My first born I did not use any parenting book or go for any parenting class. I was completely clueless on how to be a parent. My parent did not teach me anything on how to raise a baby. Therefore, I struggled as a parent. Before my second child was born, my wife and I decided that we needed to learn some parenting skills. Hence, we signed up for a parenting class which used this methodology from Baby Wise. Amazingly, after applying what we learned on my second child, we felt that he was much more easier to handle. We applied the some of the techniques on my first child too. It worked. For new parent, you may want to consider reading this books.

Winter Wear Recommendations
Recently, I have just bought this winter jacket for around Sin $69. The quality of the jacket is excellent and comparable to those from Timberland which I also just bought for over $250. My wife saw the quality and decided to get one for herself. For this price, it is worth getting it.
Along with the winter jacket, we also bought this winter ski pant. It is definitely worth the buy It cost only Sin $50. You can't get this price at those shops in the mall selling winter wear. I bought two pairs too. In fact, I have done some searching before buying these items. However, before you place your order, make sure you measure your size correctly, and place order earlier. It will take around 1-2 weeks to arrive. But it definitely worth waiting.
